Comments: *ennobled* Perfection arrived here in April 2008. We held our breath hoping for some quality and color in his winter 08/09 kids, and we have been more than happy with his kids. He's thrown 50% spots and some really nice quality animals.

2009 highlights: Perfection's first fb doe kid (spotted paint) to walk into a show ring (WHG Perfect Debutante) took away 1st place, res. junior champion fb doe, and 20pts. The next one in the ring (leopard spotted WHG Perfect Constellation) took 2nd behind the division champ at that show and Junior Champion/Res. Overall Champion at a show later in the season for 31 points of her own in '09. His young buckling WHG Perfect Alibi (leopard spotted) took 1st, 2nd & 2nd the first three times in the ring against some tough competition. Perfection's wethers also did well this year with one spotted boy winning champion market goat and two others winning rate of gain champion in their counties. In July, Perfection passed both visual inspections with ABGA.

2010 highlights: Perfection's fb kids continued to do well in the ring with young WHG Perfect Bliss bringing home more points to give Perfection his ABGA ennoblement once she was old enough to inspect. The inspections were done in Dec. 2010, and when the ABGA database was updated in early January, his ennoblement was official, making him the first ABGA ennobled spotted buck in the U.S. Our congratulations to his breeder Kris Collins. We're sure glad to own him!

COMMENTS: Warrior is a son of ennobled War Paint. He has nine different ennobled animals in his pedigree, and has produced show kids of his own. At the OctoBoer 2005 show, judges commented on Warrior's 'tremendous topline', his length, muscle development for age, and the amount of bone he stands on. He has over 100pts from percentage offspring for the ABGA Sire of Merit award, but needs two more to get points to qualify for the strict requirement of five offspring w. points since Jan. 2008.

2010 highlights: Warrior received his ABGA Sire of Merit award in June 2010 after one of his daughters placed well in Idaho in May and another in Washington also in May. Percentage daughters earning points after the start the program (Jan. 2008) are: WHG Warriors VooDoo (red), WHG Warriors Arabesque (traditional), WHG Warriors Lady in Lace (spotted), WHG Warriors Calico Cat (dappled), and Madi's Strawberries & Cream (paint).

2009 highlights: We only had one doe bred to Warrior for the winter 09 kidding season due to Warrior going to Capriole Boers for several months. The doe kid from that breeding took first in a big class her first time in the ring. Dust Devil Ranch took res champ buck with a 5wk old paint buck sired by Warrior at an Idaho show. For summer 09 breeding season we have quite a few does that will be bred to Warrior. We love the style and muscle his kids show.

2008 highlights: Warrior's solid red daughter VooDoo became an ABGA Doe of Excellence while still nursing her twin doelings. VooDoo finished up the '08 show season as Overall Champion Percent Doe under Lance Ward at the OctoBoer show. Warrior's younger traditional daughter Arabesque also has been tearing up the show ring -- at 8mo old she'd been ABGA overall champion once, res. overall twice, and junior champion at four times. She'd also been jr champ at three USBGA shows. Warriors solid red wether was the overall reserve champion market goat at the large Red, White & Boer show, and twice champion wether at the Southwest Washington Fair.

2007 highlights: In 2007 Warrior's red daughter VooDoo continued on her 2006 success and was overall grand champion doe at state spring fair in April and also at the Ellensburg show in April. She was also reserve champion in May at Yakima and in September at Puyallup, and ended the year by winning 2007 Junior Champion commercial doe in the online meat goat show (showmeatgoats.com). Warrior's first buck kid in the ring, BackDraft, a mostly solid red buck, went reserve champion buck at a large ABGA show in April at only 5weeks of age. In June, his percentage son was reserve champion market wether at Cottage Grove. In August, another of his buck kids, RedNeck Ram Tough, was junior champion and overall champion buck at the Southwest Washington Fair. In December he had his first spotted kids born (see our forsale page).

2006 highlights: Warrior's solid red percentage daughter, VooDoo, started racking up her championships at 2mo old, continued with 2 more at 3mo old (including going overall champion doe under Bob Duke).

COMMENTS: Dupont is our junior herd sire that will be bringing new genetics to us. We have been working with the Scorpio and War Paint lines for many years and more recently with Perfection's lines. It was time to find a buck for an outcross and what better way than to go to a buck related to Ruger through two of Ruger's highest point-earning kids RRD Richocet *ennobled* and RRD V808 *ennobled*?

We'll be watching eagerly for Dupont's offspring. He's in with many of our show does, so check back this winter to see how his kids are turning out.

COMMENTS: Alibi is our junior herd sire that started off his show career with a bang at 2mo old with a 1st place and two 2nds against some tough competition. One judge commented that he is the best dappled buck he's ever seen. He carries tremendous natural width, strong muscling and a correct frame as well as the quick growth sometimes missing in fullbloods - 0.74 lbs/d rate of gain.

Alibi combines the blood lines of two of our bucks - Perfection and Warrior. He is sired by *ennobled* Perfection and his dam is a Warrior daughter out of Capriole's Gracias.

¬ÝCOMMENTS: Stinger died in August 2009 after a full day chasing after the does. He has left a lasting mark on our herd and the northwest. His offspring are known for their width, spring of rib, muscling and temperament. Stinger was a gentleman his whole life who would politely request rump scratches and was child safe. He was the ultimate babysitter with the herd too and usually was kept in a pen with does with young kids...often we'd catch him napping with the babies snuggled up against him. He will be sorely missed here at White House Goats.

Stinger is a son of T4 Scorpio, and a half-brother to the grand champion jr doe at the 2004 ABGA national show, Tabaska (a solid red doe featured in an article in the 04 Jul/Aug 'The Boer Goat' magazine).

2009 highlights: Stinger's kids have continued to do well in the showring. His son Coaco continues to regularly bring home rosettes and another son Eclipse has begun his show career and taken home his first rosette. His daughter Patrice was senior champion fb doe this summer, his % daughter Vertigo was champion or reserve champion several times this year, and many grandkids and great grandkids have gotten their own points and rosettes this year.

2008 highlights: Stinger's red daughter Rose was Overall Champion FB/PB Doe at the Washington State Fair under ABGA judge Chip Kemp. Rose was also Senior FB/PB champion doe at the April Fools show. Also at April Fools his red % daughter Vertigo was res champ, and his red son Coaco was yearling champion buck. Coaco also took home a rosette from Yakima. Stingers daughters Legacy & Vertigo have won several rosettes: overall champion and overall reserve champion % does from Red, White & Boer; Overall Res. Champ and Jr Champ from OctoBoer, and a few Res. Jr. Champions. Another daughter, Saffron, took home both junior champs at the Star Spangled Boer show. His kids are producing well too -- his red son Copper Creek Habanero was the sire of the champion market goat at Clackamas County against a field of 70 market goats!

2007 highlights: Stinger's son Copper Creek Viceroy was junior champion buck and overall champion buck at the April show in Ellensburg. Then in early May his yearling daughter Savvy took two championships at the Cowboy Country show, and was reserve overall champion doe at Yakima. In June, his daughter Red Rose was Champion Senior Doe as a yearling. Finally, in August, two of his daughters were part of a winning Breeder's Trio at the Clark County fair (Stinger's Flash & Stinger's Red Rose). In September, his daughter Flash was Jr Res Champ doe. In October his son Coaco (owned by Richard & Sandy's Boer Goats) was the second place buck in the 2007 Buck Futurity.

2006 highlights: Stinger's daughters continued to do well (click here for detailed show results). Stinger's Red Rose was part of the winning Breeder's Trio at State Fair, as well as bringing home three reserve championships. Stinger's Vixen, another solid red doe, was also part of a winning breeder's trio. In four ABGA shows his two 50% paint daughters owned by Mist O'Morn brought in five rosettes. And Stinger's yearling paint daughter Savvy won junior champion, yearling champion and senior reserve champion.

2005 highlights: Stinger's daughters ended the 2005 show season with a good showing at the Buck Futurity in Walla Walla. Against the offspring from 25 nominated bucks, Stinger's doelings placed both second and third. He threw over 80% doe kids that year so we didn't have many boys to evaluate.
