Clark County Fair (Aug. 14-15, 2010):

Overall Champion % Doe and Champion Senior % Doe: WHG Stingers Suspicion -- Suspicion is a solid red 88% doe out of WHG Warriors Trilogy and sired by *ennobled* Outback Boers Scorpios Stinger. Judge: Shelby Armstrong.

Res Champion Yearling FB/PB Doe : WHG Perfect Constellation -- Constellation is a spotted fb doe out of Outback Boers War Squaw and sired by Perfection. Judge: Shelby Armstrong.

Res Champion Senior FB/PB Doe : Leaning Tree N. Gail -- Gail is a traditional doe packed with muscle and style. Judge: Shelby Armstrong.

USBGA Senior Champion % Doe: Lookout Mtn. Electra - Electra is a dark red paint doe that Zoe purchased from Lookout Mtn. Boers. This senior win finished Electra's regular show career with USBGA as she is now USBGA ennobled. Judge: Annette Maze.

And congrats to Red Barn Boers on their Jr Champion (& Overall Res Champion) FB doe Charlotte. Charlotte's mom is WHG Warrriors Little Red, so we're nearly as proud of Charlotte as they are!

Cottage Grove USBGA Show (June 19, 2010):

We sent one animal to the USBGA show and he came home with the Reserve Junior Championship out of the 0-3mo class. Reserve Champion Junior Buck: ZOE Spotted Rhino -- Rhino is a spotted buckling purchased by Lucky Clover Boer Goats (out of ZOE Perfect Safari and sired by RNSH Coaco Valentine). Judge: Terry Grimes.

Wild West ABGA Show (May 15-16, 2010):

Champion Senior % Doe and Overall Reserve Champion % Doe : WHG Warriors Lady in Lace -- Lacey is a spotted 88% doe out of Bambi and sired by *sire of merit* Outback Boers Red Warrior. Judge: Dr. Beth Walker.

Res Champion Yearling FB/PB Doe : WHG Perfect Constellation -- Constellation is a spotted fb doe out of Outback Boers War Squaw and sired by Perfection. Judge: Dr. Beth Walker.

1st place in class of 23 FB Does, 0-3mo class: WHG Perfect Bliss -- Bliss is a spotted fb doe out of Warriors Rosemary and sired by Perfection. The judge commented that there was just nothing wrong with this doe. Bliss's sisters from the dam-raised triplets were 3rd and 5th in the same tough class. Judge: Dr. Beth Walker.

April Fools ABGA Show (March 20-21, 2010):

Champion Senior % Doe : WHG Stingers Legacy -- Legacy is a traditional 88% doe out of VooDoo (Doe of Excellence) and sired by *ennobled* Stinger. Judge: Chris Shaffet.

Res Champion Senior % Doe : WHG Stingers Legacy -- Legacy is a traditional 88% doe out of VooDoo (Doe of Excellence) and sired by *ennobled* Stinger. Judge: Kay Garrett.

1st place in class of 23 FB Does, 12-16mo class: WHG Perfect Constellation -- Constellation is a chocolate leopard spotted fb doe out of Squaw and sired by Perfection. The judge commented that she has a tremendous rack, great base width as well as width across the top, correct feet and legs, and when he put his hands on her and compared her to the length of the other goats by putting her side by side realized that she has the length of body also despite the optical illusion of a shorter body from the coloration.
